External body is cylindrical stainless steel cylinder, comprised of double-layer sleeve, Internal storage water for insulate. The lower part of the base, welded channel can be equipped with five tons forklift handling.Cylinder inner wall closely arranged strips of flat cone , Feeding port is arranged at the upper position of front end of the cover,and natural overflow ventilation port is arranged at upper position of rear side of the end cover,cooling water inlet is arranged at the bottom of rear side of the cylinder and the top is the cooling water overflow pipe(the overflow water tube is not allowed to be connected with valve and system pipe).There are steam inlets arranged at both sides at lower position of the cylinder. (Based on the steam pipes to choose an installation location, and the other one plug)Thermal insulation temperature measurement meter and pulp temperature measurement meter are installed in the machine.
